transworldsystems.com is the software & technique they use. (They dont even place their own calls)Using Greenflag profit Recovery systems.I wonder why they're all in Pennsylvania
NCO Financial Systems (they also have other trade names registered in various states check with secy of state website in your state) They start off with calling your residence asking for someone else, hoping you will say, I've had this number for 5 years and there is no one here by that name. This tells them they have the right number. Other harrassment is robotic dialers from "card member services" press #2 to discontinue future calls or press #3 to speak to an agent. Pressing #2 only tells them there is a live person at that number at that time of day, you will get more calls. Pressing #3 will get you to an agent who will also try to get more information about you. DONT PRESS ANYTHING and the robotic dialer can't give them any info. NCO Financial tries to get you to call them. READS: They have less scrutiny from the legal system, becuase YOU CALLED THEM. THEY WILL NEVER PUT ANYTHING IN WRITING, ASK THEM TO, ITS THE LAW.
Definitely no legal, no one allows to call you after 9 pm your time, except your friends and family. Report to the Authority, there can be fines and possible taken a way their license to operate.
I would originally get calls from this number until my cell had been shut off, once i got a new number i didn't receive these calls....until a job i was applying for ran a background check and suddenly a flood of these calls started once again, what the hell
I got a call, but no message. I have no credit minus the student loans that don't accrue interest until after I graduate... So, they shouldn't be calling me.... after that I got a call from apparently carnival free cruise? idk telemarketers and id thieves are busy today, aren't they?
I have the same zip code and also just started randomly getting calls from them. A lot of the times after 9pm
They called asking for my friend. I don't know how they got my number but it's creepy. If they call again, I'm going to pretend I don't speak English.
I just started making payments again after getting a job, they called my work today to get another payment less than 2 weeks later, and now I no longer have a job. All good deeds must be punished.
