Called me but no message. Not the first time I've gotten a call from the area code either.

Is this a crank call?

This morning I got a "missed call" message from 216-545-8326. I keep a record of these calls, so I immediately knew it was a scam. Don't fall for it!!!

I would like this number to STOP calling my cell phone; it isa solicitation of some kind.

This number has called me dozens of times. They have limited info on me and said they were from BofA. I finally was able to answer one of the calls and promptly told the person on the phone I knew it was fake, and asked that they take me off their list. I called my local bank to make sure it was absolutely fake, and as expected it was. Its now a few weeks later and they are calling again. How are these people able to do this? Is there a way to have them investigated?

Wow the aggressive phone calls start one month after I open a Bass Pro Shop card which BoA is the issuer. Woman at Bass Pro Shops was aggressive in selling me on opening the card so I could get a $100 gift card and $150 worth of rewards points (which I never got the reward card I was promised). I politely told her I have one credit card and that was all I needed but she kept on. Basically telling me I would get one of my guns free if I signed up, so I did against my best judgement. I have filled the online forms out at BoA website to not share my private information to its "affiliates" / dirt bag partners and requested no sales calls. Despite this they have begun. Also I paid the account off in full on the first bill and only bill and requested they close my account. The rate they assigned me is 20% for purchases, my credit is flawless. What a joke. Do not do business with this bank and do not deal with them they are obviously aggressive and predatory. Oh yea and Bass Pro will never get another $3000 in business from me again.

I returned a missed call from this number and as soon as they answered I asked what the name of the company was and the purpose of the call and the representative replied "thank you and have a nice day" and hung up on me!
