Just got a call from this number. They hung up when I answered? I called back and they say they make no outgoing calls. Phone ID says Bank of America??? Talk to a foreign dude and I said when I call the corporate office they will know your making these calls? He did not know? So your not hired by boa??I hung up?,

Called me once a few days ago and I didn't pick up. They then recently called me again this evening. I decided to answer the call. I said "hello" probably 4-5 times before a woman responded asking for me by name. I told her that she was speaking to me. She stated that I had recently opened up a VISA card through the Bank of America branch near me and she was simply questioning me about why I decided to open a card account through them, but I just hung up. She sounded very fishy and the call was very awkward and strange. Normally businesses contact via an 800 number. This call was placed after 5:00pm pacific time and I tried calling back about 15 minutes later and the recording stated that the offices were closed after 8:00pm eastern time which is 5:00pm pacific time.

A call came in from this number around 9:30 AM on Saturday. The answering machine picked up - no message. My wife checked the number and called it back, got a message saying their OFFICE WAS CLOSED until Monday! So they just leave their robo-caller on all weekend?

they called ask for my husband, told he wasn't available ,ask to take a message, they said no. they hung up.

Got a call from this number today and a call yesterday from someone claiming to work at BofA. I answered the one yesterday but not today. I don't even have a BofA card or account. Not sure if it's a scam but they didnt' leave a message and the lady yesterday kept asking me for my card number after I repeatedly told her I did not have one. very rude customer service.

Are you sure it was FIS and not FIA? FIA manages Bank of America's Credit Card Rewards Program.

Received call from this number and 312 578-7015 . Didn't recognize them, didn't answer them, they didn't leave a message.

It is "Banc Of America Practice Solutions, Inc". Pay attention to the word "banc" misspelled so it be heard as "bank" to confuse people thinking it is Bank of America. Scamers trying in a quasi-legitimate way to get your bank info and using or selling it somehow. Shame how all those scanners easily get your phone from some official organizations.
