Called tonight. Not sure why I got the call at 8:43 pm when their message when I call says they close at 5 pm. Anyone else confused? Anyway, going to try the F.B.I. Fraud Detection line next time and see what happens. I love [***] with these idiots.
i am so mad that 216-545-8326 called me at least twice a day without leave me any message, they even called at 1900 which is the evening time!!!
2nd time I received a call from this number. This time it said, "FIA Card Services" which does run my credit card, but my credit card did not call me. Last time caller ID said, MBNA which is now Bank of America. BofA advised that MBNA hasn't been a used name for three years. No message left. I don't answer calls I don't recognize.
This is absolutely a scam. I asked to get off the call list and they asked for my personal information. When I asked to be transferred to their "customer service" the guy said he could look up my account if I give him my CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! What an idiot. I am calling the real BofA right now.
Received calls the last two days with no voicemail left. Tonight was almost at 8pm (had two minutes before hand)...mind you I'm trying to get my kids to sleep around this time so THANKS for waking them right back up again inconsiderate people...you want to talk to me call during normal hours!
They call every day. I never answer, because I don't know who they are. How can I get them to quit calling?
Recieved call after 8:30pm, telezapper disconnected the call. Called the number from caller ID immediately, of course they were "closed". It is BofA.Wanted to "thank" us. Not a collections call. Told to remove from call list when I called them back this morning.

I received a text with this phone number stating that it was from the United States Postal Service and that I needed to open up an urgent notice from them.
called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
