on 5/15 it looks like they have found me! Can't help but wonder how they got the number! called me 4 times today but didn't answer......good god, we've got a security breach! RED OCTOBER - we need you! LOL

they have called here a half dozen times at least over the past few months. sometimes there is no one there. other times, there is an indian man trying to convince me that he is from a windows support center, and that my computer has many infections. even though i only have a mac ha. they eventually attempt to gain remote access to my computer. i can't get further than that with them because at this point they will start asking me what i see on the screen to confirm that i am following their instructions... on one call they claimed to be with the website PCEFIX

I, too, received a call from a foreigner who I could not understand. When I asked "What?." he disconnected the call.

5 calls today from this number (displays as Name Unavailable), 1 yesterday. If I answer, no one talks and it is quickly followed by dial tone.

i been getting these calls four times today from 222-555-7777 and when we answer they dont say anything cant call it back but over the summer i had gotten calls too not sure if it the same number but he was foren to and said he was from microsoft telling me i had viruses too. which i didnt beleive him besides that if microsoft calls it would show up on caller id and it would be an 800 number and she said yea it wasnt them and they were aware of it too. well i guess these people are trying to do it again but on my end there not saying a thing i wish they will catch these pepole and do something it is really getting annoying them calling about every hour.

I got a call from these clowns as well so I looked up the phone number 222 555 7777 and found this forum. I then did a whois to find out who owns logmein123.com and found the record below. I called the 800 number and spoke to a great guy in support.Turns out logmein123.com is a valid webservice that is being abused by these foreign yokels. When they ask you to login to logmein123.com (a valid site), they'll then ask what the screen says...so, when you go to the site it asks you for a 6 digit code. The code is associated with the company who has registered as a "support" service with Logmein.com.These dirt bags provide you with their code, then when you use it, they login to your computer and hack it...here's how we can help squash these internet bugs!So, if we want to catch these losers, we need to string them along and tell them we've logged in the logmein123.com and tell them to give us the six digit code to log in to this site. Write the code down and the time at that moment...BUT DO NOT LOG IN!! String them along and tell them the access is slow...In the meantime, use another phone or just hang up on these jokers and call this number +1.8009931790 and ask for technical support. When you get a support engineer on the line, tell them you are reporting fraud on their system and provide them with the 6 digit number the foreign dirt bag gave you as well as the time of the incident. I finally got a call back number to call.I googled that number and it it takes me to etprotections.com.A whois datbase search brings up the registrar of that site as being in Mumbai.
