caller id comes up now as +912239875200. Leaves no message. +91 is India. Has been calling once a day for about a week now. Unlisted VOIP line in Michigan.

It's not his bills that aren't paid dumb*[***]. But that doesn't matter to these pondscum. These peole are the lowest life form next to child molestors. They don't care that you are not who they're looking for. They don't care that you have no clue who that person is. They are rented out out by iunscrupulous organizations because the orgs think you cannot sue them for their actions if they cross the line like these scumbags. WRONG. you can sue these people for breaking the Attorney General's rules and the company that hired them and the individuals in charge as well. They cannot, by law, call a cell phone or cantact you in any way that would cost you money for matter of debt. Also, once they have told that the number they have contacted does not belong to the person they are looking for, they must stop calling. Get a lawyer...it's the only thing these rat [***] and all like them can understand.

I've been seeing this number pop up on my caller ID lately. They don't leave a message. It would be nice if someone put a stop to it.

been getting the same call on home phone.. finally answere it, some woman with oriential voice aske for my son. why i reply with whos calling, she gave me an oriental name like wing wang ping pone, claime it was a personal business call.. i as what company and they hung up. went to file a complain with the fed comsumer commission, and found that now to file a complaintyou have to pay a 15 dollar fee. dont know when that wert into effect.. if your not being screw by some con artist, then your being screw by your own government. go figure

Received a call from 191-223-987-5200. We never answer the phone if we don't know the number. After doing some research on the internet, the call apparently was generated in Africa. We live in the mid-west of the USA.

Just received a call from +91 22 3987 5200. I've read that it's possibly out of Africa or India. Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.

I don't know who this is by they just called up and hung up on me without comment.

This is Applied Bank. My nephew had a credit card account with them. They were previously known as cross country bank. I warned him not to open an account with them because they sounded second rate. But he did an they folded like a tent and become applied bank. Sounds like two reputable organizations huh! Anyway, he recently lost his job and since he listed me as a contact when he opened the account, they keep calling my house non-stop. I've tried to explain to them he doesn't live here but they just keep calling anyway.
