The overseas scammers do not have access to the no-call list. Otherwise, I am SURE they would honor it.
Called 5-26-17 at 10:21 a.m. CID showed "Not Available." The number showed up as 1-123-183-67565. No message was left. Obviously a criminal calling.
Received calls from this number multiple times in the last week. I am retired so to answer the call costs me $2.00 each time they call. I could not hear who was on line. They call at odd hours of the day and night. My phone is not sophisticated so I can not block them. I just stopped answering the call.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
