This number just called me for the 1st time (on my cell phone) and she claimed, in extremely broken engish, that I requested information for an online degree. I have not done so and told her that. I told her I do not want an online degree nor do I want to further my education, And she actually asked why I don't want to further my education.. I thought that was very rude of her and it pissed mee off and I told her it was none of her business and as I was saying do not call me again, she had already hung up one me. I tried to call the number back to see what I would get and all I got was a recording in a differant language and then it hung up on me. My son has also rcvd the same phone call a few days ago on his cell phone and he told her he was already going to college she actually asked but wouldnt you want to further your degree...he is already further his education by going to college, he asked her not to call lhim again and she said ok and hung up..like all the previous notes, it has to be some kind of scam...I was able to send them a text message stating to be placed on their do not call list, i am not expecting a response from that... just dont give any info out...

Someone from this number (240-787-1342) called for my small son and said he gave his information to them online. He is a small child and does not get online. The guy laughed and hung up when I told him I was tracing the call and calling the police. I traced the call with the phone company when he hung up. Now I'm waiting on them to call back.

Received a call from this number & when I answered, they hung up.No time for these type calls. I will report them since I am on the do not call list.

I have been getting calls from this number for a few months now. They never leave a message. I finally just answered the phone and could hear noise on the other line, but they just hung up. After reading these other postings I feel really uncomfortable knowing I answered the phone. I really don't want a barrage of harassing calls from these people. 240 787 1342

I got a call from them. They called me a few times during school and then when I was on my way home from somewhere. They asked for me but I told them they had the wrong number, and they have left me alone since. I think they also tried to call me on unavailable. It showed up as unavailable, which was weird, because they normally show up as restricted.

IF I DONT KNOW THE NUMBER I DONT ANSWER IT. FOR THIS VERY REASON. I LOOK AT THE AREA CODE FIRST, IF ITS NOT FAMILILIAR THEN ILL GOOGLE IT. SURE ENOUGH ITS A SCAM. SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS DONT ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU DONT KNOW THE NUMBER. IF ITS IMPORTANT THEY'LL LEAVE A MESSAGE.
