putting your phone number on the internet is a terrible idea!

This is a number for PayAnywhere

been receiving this call for awhile first was a fax sound now it is the 248-269-6000 ...

They are a company for getting a device that hooks up to your cell phone so that you can receive CC/Debit payments through your phone....like swiping your card at a retail location. They were offering one for free so I thought I would check it out to see what all was involved with the device (charges, % rates, etc.) I entered my cell number and hit 'next'. Next page was for CC info. I clicked out of it and they've been bugging me ever since!

Stop trying to fax something to my phone.

I applied for a credit card reader - PayProTech. I now receive at least 2 fax calls a day to my cell phone number from 248.269.6000. I tried to call them and ask for removal and I couldn't even get a live person...just an answering machine. I left a pretty nasty message and told them that if I continue to receive these unwarranted calls, I will send the card reader back, and, I will not only report them, but I will also look for remediation.

It just BEEPS over and over. It's very annoying honestly.Number is 248-269-6000

Just as an update to my post, I called up customer service they had my cell phone listed as my fax number, the representative changed that for me. Likely that have some issue with the website just adding it into all the fields.Also it was PayAnywhere.
