AIL is a insurance company who provides insurance benefits to union workers & their families. I went to the Taylor office yesterday & meet w/ Annie who is the regional manager. The office is located on Eureka Road in the Horizon building, Suite 312. There are 3 interviews to go through & a laptop is required. This is a sales based company w/ full benefits, 401K, a steady paycheck, bonuses (weekly) & commissions. I have my 2nd interview today in the Troy office. There is multiple offices throughout different states, as well as regional meetings in Hawaii, Nova Scotia, London, & the Bahama's. There is actually a website for the company to research the company & find out more information. I have spoken w/ 3 different people & always had calls back. I never received an email stating they needed my phone #, they called me direct, & my resume was on Career Builder, Hot Jobs (yahoo) & Monster & I did send them my resume. This company is NOT a scam. I've even checked w/ the BBB (Better Business Bureau) & they are 100% legit.
I TOOK A FRIEND OF MINE ON A INTERVIEW WITH SEVERAL COMPANIES IN THAT BUILDING. HE WENT TO THE INTERVIEW AND THE PERSON CONDUCTING THE INTERVIEW DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. THE ECONOMY IS BAD, PEOPLE ARE REALLY LOOKING FOR WORK AND TO PLAY CHILD GAMES IS WRONG, I TOLD MY FRIEND THEY ARE THE SCUM OFF THE WALLS OF A GARBAGE TRUCK. I ADVISE, BE CAREFUL DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. THANK YOU!!!!!
I also received calls and emails from reps recruiting for AIL. I was curious to say the least and had made one appointment in which I could not make, since then I have been contacted again at least 3 or 4 times either via email or phone call. I did make an appointment for Thursday but something kept niggling at me so I, like you all, did some research and I am very glad that I did. Needless to say I will not be going to this "interview". It is sad that this is the reality of the world we live in! I pray that no one falls prey to this scam just because they are desperate for work. I thank all of you that took the time to educate me and others like me who may have fallen victim to this "marketing game". God bless all of you who are still looking for a job!
Ya i got a call from these people also and i have an interview tomorrow at 11 AMGood thing i found these posts and thanks to everyone who posted their run in with these f u c k sAnyways im still going in to the interview and I will make sure to f u c k with this "regional manager's" head as much as i can as payback for everyone who has had their time wasted by these b i t c h e s

I also have an interview this week. I don't want to waste my money or time. Gas is NOT cheap especially to the unemployed. I would appreciate a response back if at all possible. God bless
to anyone who gets a call from paul rumbuc or anybody else and are able to talk to them, just unload all your frustrations/anger on them this is a scam and they need to be treated like the scum they are
A person named Nicole from Human Resources contacted me today regarding the same position and sent me the same directions for an interview on Wednesday. This is insane. These ARE NOT REAL JOBS!!!
I found this information incredibly helpful, as I had just received a cold call from this company, Rumbuc. I found Kristie, the person I spoke with to be very patient with me, since I was rather suspicious of the nature of the call. She was very polite, and considerate, but also slightly evasive. Turns out the position is in Lansing, while I am not, and from your information is likely a commission based pay scale (which she deftly avoided answering directly - "we offer all types of pay structures"). After reviewing their webpage www.ail-rumbuc.com I found a heavy marketing approach to obtaining new staff. I find that the harder a company has to work to find employees, the less likely I am to enjoy working for them. It's one thing when you are head hunting highly skilled professionals, but when you have to "spin" the position to raise interest for normal positions... it sounds highly suspicious. This will not be a company I will be pursuing for employment.
