I have been working for ail now for over a year and a half, it has been an incredible experience for me..seeing how we take care of hard working families and the benefits we give them, the company has been around for over 50 years and we are rated a plus superior by am best...Im tired of all you complainers and whiners who are afraid to achieve your dreams..talk to the people who are part of the company not ones who work at mcdonalds for 7 bucks an hour....

I have been with the company for over a year and a half, let me tell you it has been an incredible experience for me....The programs we offer to hard working families protects them in every way..its a company that has been around for over 50 years, check it out...people are making not just a good living but protecting other families while they do it...Im tired of whiners and complainers, those who dont listen to the masses and find out for themselves are the ones who accelerate and prosper in life.. those who are afraid to take a chance will always falter in life and whine about everything because misery loves company...I can tell you after being a part of the rumbuc agency and ail..it has given my family a life i could of never imagined.. so to all those who don't want to go to the interview dont, go work in your menial mcdonalds jobs and relax...Ill be thinking about you whiners when im on my boat, or enjoying a dinner at a nice restuarant with my family, and looking forward to retirement with the rumbuc agency

i just spoke to a Beverly at Rumbuc and she sounded genuine. I know it's sales, but i want to know if this is true: She said it's all pre-scheduled appointments that I would be going on. If that's true, then i'll be willing to do this. If not, then it's all cold selling which I am not up to doing right now. Please give me any input that you can.thanks.

Something Told me to Google this Paul Rumbuc Agency...cuz when i called i kept getting a voicemail...then im like it sounded fishy because i received the email in my junk box....the number i called was 2484048703!! after i called i googled it and this site came up. THANK GOD FOR GOOGLE AND YOU GUYS.

Received the same phone call from a Mrs. Holder with the Rumbuc Agency. She left me a voicemail stating that she had seen my resume on CareerBuilder and would like me to call her back. I returned her call, upon which, I got a voice mail asking me to leave my number and zip code. I followed the instruction and did so. Since I could not come up with any information on the company, I also asked her for more info in my return call. And what did I get in return, another voice mail asking me to call her back. That is when I ended up here!Two days later she decides that she will give it another shot and calls me to set up an interview, the following Monday or Tuesday at 4 pre arranged times.Now, I thought to myself, what longstanding company looking for employees would not give up some information on the company or position? What company does not have a personal website? I read through here and noticed there is a posting for an aillife.com website that does not have any jobs posted on it. So I continued my search, because, like most other job seekers, want information about a company before interviewing so that I can ask questions.As I continued to read through this site, I notice that there are some employees of the rumbuc agency on here defending their company. I started to think well maybe a few bad apples are trying to spoil the whole lot, then I thought to myself...when someone has a problem with microsoft windows and posts some negative about it on a forum, does a microsoft employee get on that site and defend microsoft? If working for the agency is so great, keep that info to yourself, you will make more money. Do not tell people how great it is, if you are selling and the company is hiring, that new employee will be taking away from your earning potential. And many will say, why are you wasting your time writing all of this...the main reason is that I chose not to follow up with the company because they would not budge on giving information about the company or even tell me what position I would beinterviewing for. Would you go on a date with someone if they called and left a message asking you to meet them at a certain time and place, without knowing who they are or what they are all about?I find it very amusing that there are people that work for the company on here defending it and degrading individuals who work for McDonalds. So if I worked a menial job at McDonalds and was offered a job working for the Rumbuc Agency, what does that make the Rumbuc Agency? So maybe, all of us posting our negative experiences with the agency are frustrating for you, but why are you on here? Shouldn't you be out on your boat? Supporting the menial employees of Americe whle enjoying a nice family dinner at the local Averagebees? Giving your family the life that you never thought was possible before joining the agency?One other note, since the company is so great, can you at least have some one call that can annunciate the name of the company? And for Jeff A. (Page 2) from New York who has worked for 5 years for AIL, where do you work in NY, after checking that sweet AIL website I happened to notice that there are not any offices in NY? Just curious. Man, the longer I spend on here the more faults I see...does anyone else notice that they refer to the product? Can you at least divulge some information about the company? "Don't knock what you don't know anything about"...Give the information upfront and this whole website dedicated to the incompetence of the company. This should be a Seinfeld episode. Is this Vandalay Industries?

I received a call on March 18 11:30am from Mrs. White, Human Resource office from the Rumbuc Agency, 248.283.5388 XT922 - White stated that they reviewed my resume in which they found on their web site and they wanted her to call me for an iterview. I am thinking they got my info from career builder as I never posted one on their site. Career Buider is the only site I have a resume on. Smells fishey after reading all the feedback......BECAREFUL PEOPLE!!!
