The U.S. passed a ballot inittiative a few years ago making English the primary language. So if you are in America speak English. And speak it well enough that people can understand you. When you go to other countries speak that language if you know how. I just received a call from this number also and I didn't answer nor did they leave a message.

I just got one.I live in Belgium but have a Houston Skype number which makes it easier for my friends in the US to call me as it links through to my cell phone. I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number. I guess I'm blocking this number then.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't recognize it at all. I have a prepaid cell that is on no telemarketer list. Only friends or contacts I put in. I didn't answer it. Judging from the other msgs, I will be putting this number on the Block List.

Just changed my # twice in 3 mths and they still call. whenever I call the # back its allways busy..
