I believe if you answer these calls you automatically get recorded as an 'active' or 'answering' number and then you get put on the 'special' list. I think the only real way to minimize your exposure is to never answer calls from unknown or unrecognized numbers and/or area codes. If it is someone you really want to talk to calling from an unrecognized number, then they will leave a nice vm and you can call them right back.
got a call from them too. And it was 7am, right when I was sleeping. These people should stop doing this, and if so, don't call someone at 7 in the morning!
Just got a call from this number.. didn't answer. I'm in Ohio.. noticed some people in PA.. maybe an election thing? Oh well.
I am in N.C. but I visit Tacoma every year for business and i am getting the address for this number and i am going by to visit these people and give them a little aggravation of my own.
I receive a call from this number once a month on my work cell. Since I know no one in Tacoma Washington I don't answer and they never leave a message. I am in Central Minnesota
