I recieved a 35 min phone call first asking me to press ctr and windows key saying( they got all my info which was all accurate) to clear my computer of unwanted viruses saying they were calling from Microsoft for windows 7. I refused to do this and pretended that I don't know how to use a computer and then the phone call went into SEXUAL HARRASSMENT asking me to do unthinkable things. I called the cops and there is nothing they can do even with a voice recording of the foreign individuals on the line harrassing me.. they said they were from India.

Got a call from some lady I couldn't understand. Kept saying something about "Microsoft" and asking me if I was the owner of my computer... Bizarre and annoying.

ditto 2 days in a row... hackers. i think it is an msn virus

Received a call from 12538203089 at 8:53pm Queensland time - answered with my number and caller hung up.

THIS IS A SCAM These are fear mongers claiming to be a Microsoft partner getting error messages from my PC. They wanted me to click on their web site which I would not do for fear of getting a virus. I am technical and the messages they pointed me to in my Event Viewer are not critical but only warnings. I reported them and another company who did not hide their identity in the WHOIS database to Microsoft. I figured Microsoft has the lawyers and resources to go after this company.

Just got same call as everyone else on here. My computer is infected, have to give them immediate remote access,they will fix it....blah blah blah blah blah. I told the nice Pakistan lady that they were all over the news, go f#*k herself, and not to call my house again. Police dept said nothing could be done because these people are in a foreign country. Too bad.

I blocked this number 2 weeks ago. I was experiencing the same stuff as everyone here, they would call three times an hour. Now I am getting calls from PRIVATE CALLER. Who would answer a call from that? I also got a call at 3:19 AM 2 days ago. These scammers are not nice. I went to the FCC website to complain. The FCC sent me a very long form to fill out and send back. FCC says actually they will pay you $500.00 if they are prosecuted, didn't read the whole thing, so don't quote me. Good luck to everyone, we can stop these people.

got the same call 3 times today from the following numbers 2538203089 3217819999 said my computer was sending messages to windows that it was infected told him I was going to report him he laughed and asked who I was reporting him to told him police dept and immigrations he hung up

Was not home when the call from this number came in. Funny thing is that a family member happens to be in the Washington area working. Says its a cell number on caller ID. No message left. Glad I decided to look up the number. People like this make me sick!

This is very interesting. I got a call a moment ago on my home number, through Vonage, which has had caller ID blocked, unlisted, and doesn't appear anywhere except to my friends on my facebook page. After 4 rings, it forwards the call to my cell phone, where I saw it and answered (I'm not home at the moment), but they hung up before the call was connected :( I would have loved to razz them by telling them "I don't own a computer."
