Heavily East-Indian accented man told me I'd won a contest for a million dollars from Windows.

been getting calls from this number for a few days...today was the first day I answered, man with heavy Indian accent told me he was from Microsoft, and asked if I was aware that my computer was downloading lots of wiruses!! I told him I didn't believe it, and didn't appreciate his bothering me and hung up on him.

Wish I had been a little quicker on my feet, and told him I had no computer!

July13, 2012 Evening I was receiving a strange call ( TACOMA WA 1-253-820-3089)It seems that several people look like India Women & Men. told me my computer was infected by Virus, and trying to help me to fix problem for example: (a) asking me do typing”….support.me…..” ( in page of internet-window explorer …”, but it seem that my computer did not responding….. (b) also asking me do typing support.me “ in” RUN______________________” , but keys on my computer keyboard not responding ( i.e. can not type……. )Talking & conversation on phone about more than 20 min. ,then it seems did not work……finally phone disconnected.After my daughter mentioned that I should be careful ……and I need investigating them by input that Strange Phone number ( 1-253-820-3089 in Google- internet page ).now I realized that it was dangerous…maybe…….these stranger tried to invade my computer for stealing my personnel information ?! …….

I live in Switzerland and have been receiving these calls alot lately. First time I picked up as I was confused why somebody from Seattle area would call me at 10 a.m. In the morning (its middle of the night there). He started his speach about Microsoft and I hung up. He has tried calling again every saturday since then but I no longer pick up.

Just got a call from this number saying they were from Windows and had an alert to call us about a virus. Started asking for more details about our computer. We disconnected the call and he called back (sounded like he was from overseas). After checking out the number, we discovered it was not legit, so we will be reporting to the FCC. He gave us a number to call him back: 315-636-4810, also said his name was Jack... yeah right!

Same as Tommiegirl, I live in Switzerland, and received a call from (253) 820 30 89 at noon today, obviously a scam.

Somone called on Sunday night at 10:24 saying that my computer is infected.

I was also called up by this [***] al the way to Norway. He also told me that I have a Virus on my computer. I told him that the only one who have a virus is you because you have probably been f*cked in your a*s. The pour guy hanged up on me!

This number called me too. Only thing he sad was " Goodbye ". I think if u pick up the phone and answer i cost alot of money. I wonder how he got my number because im from Norway
