Same story exactly. It didn't sound right to me, so I googled the emails and found these posts. She initially contacted me with wst78u2q@operamail.com to find out if the furniture was still available.

I got the same email from Janet Williams. Reporting her to Craigslist too. Thank you all for the info!

i received another scam typeafter i list my furniture on craiggs list that he send money and delivery fees by check but i google and i got the answer any E-mails from xxxxx@wikiz.com are scamers becareful guys and if you check if there is website it will show diferent company

I got the same message from Alan Fischer....My response....Im so glad you are interested in the purchase. I will glady accept your check, via UPS next day delivery, but first I will need your full name, address, cell and land line phone number, your bank name and location, account number and finally your social security number so when I receive your check from UPS...I know exactly how to tell the police to find you. I got the same message about a boat and trailer we have for sale on Craigslist. I was concerned when I saw the phone number and it was not local. I googled it and saw the blog, text the person and told them it was sold and I don't sell to SCAMMERS!! I freaking hate that people are so dishonest. I did notice that the email said it was from Jeff Belmat but the reply to was morgan_lizzy@yahoo.com but then looking closer it says the TO: officeofthelegalclaims@gmail.com. Beware of Jeff Belmat, morgan_lizzie and officeofthelegalclaims all scammers.

I just got the same email as others only mine came from a Kim Williams [kimiwilliams@wikizplc.com]; as a reply to an item I posted on Craig's list. Very same message word for word' i.e.," I'm okay with the condition and price of the item and ready for its purchase. My form of payment will be by sending you Check via FEDEX next day air delivery." yada, yada, yada. The initial email came from Kim Williams [nkkwaye3@inbox.lv]. I get this junk for everything I have ever posted on craigs list. Sometimes the address is different, but I'd love to stop this. This is the first time I've looked at this site. Does anyone know how to find this person?

Thank you so much for posting this. I was just ontacted by this person tonight. Thought it was fishy that he wanted to buy the furniture without seeing it. He also mentioned being on a secret mission and did not have access to his bank account and would have someone pick it up. What a loser!

I got the same message from these people. The only difference is I had a van for sale and they wanted to know if the furniture was still up for sale. Must be doing this so much they can not remember which ad they are answering
