use extension 350 and 420 it seems to lead to a live person not very smart but consuming oxygen

I received a call from Aspen about a political survey. I asked the woman who called where she was calling from and she said Aspen research or whatever. I asked what city and she seemed confused but finally said boulder, I then asked to speak to her supervisor who promptly came on the line, I think she was being trained as I heard her tell him he wants to speak to you in a soft voice as if they were sitting together. I asked the supervisor who was paying for this survey, he said "they don't tell us that.". I said yeah right, b.s., that he had called my cell, I refused to participate, put me on your do not call list and then I swore a few times.

They called my cellphone asking for my wife. Said they were doing a voter registration survey. I told them if they were legit they would have her cellphone # and not mine. He hung up on me.

I have done telephone surveys and the do not call list does not apply. If they say your number is randomly generated, this is kind of a lie. They buy batches of numbers that are more likely to be good ones.Not answering only ensures that they will call back, probably about 9 more times.Hanging up on them will only get you placed on a refusal list which will in turn get more experienced callers to call you (to change your mind).If they ask for someone in particular don't say she's not home; this will only make them call back to get them.Tell them to put you on their do not call list, this should work the best but if they're desperate to get only a couple more people to take the survey they still might call you.

Aspen Media and Market Research- claims not to be a telemarketer, but does call in behalf of others who must remain secret. Will not tell you who gave them your phone number, but say they will remove you from their call list. Let's hope.

These people keep calling my cell phone, do not answer, I am on the DO Not Call list. No msessage is ever left and they are wasting their time calling as we will not answer the phone.

They call every other day with the same offer that is dropped by they keep calling.

Yea, right Marie. They pester me by sending me text messages on my cell phone AND calling my cell phone about one a day. There is nothing nice about people who harass you day in a day out with recorded messages and phone calls.
