I keep getting calls from this number about a credit card - no one who lives with me even HAS a credit card. They say press 9 if you want to lower your interest rates. When I try to do that and tell them no one has a credit card, they hang up on me... yet continue to call! How do I get them to stop calling me?
I used to get called 3-4 times per week occasionally twice in the same day. Asked to be removed, to the same response as everyone else here. I had always been polite until I got fed up when the calls started in the evening. I went out and bought a referees whistle . . . now I hit 9 and when they come online I blow it loudly. Haven't been called in weeks/months until today and I wasn't home for that one. Just hunted up the whistle and have it near the phone again . . .
I received a call from this number a 5:15 I spoke with a person named Kevin. I have ask the people to remove from there list and I informed him of this and I was on a do not call list. He was very rude and this is what he said then hung up. We don't give a damn. I don't like to be cussed at. I really think something should be done about this. Please help make the phone calls stop. I get them 2 or 3 times a day some weeks. Or every day other weeks.
Call your Do Not Call and report these people Their real Number is 954-426-2642 which is registered to PHL International at 836 S Military Trail, Deerfield, FL. Head guy in charge is Mark Burton. Their parent company is American Dept Nrgotiators (866-969-4236) owned by Ran David Barnea, supposed home address is 21955 Cypress Dr., Apt 48f, Boca Raton, FL. They go by Cardholders Services, and even car warranties. If you are unable to take this info down and report them maybe someone in your family can do it for you. Good luck, Rose
So, I received this call and pressed 9. I don't have credit cards and wanted to get me name & cell number removed from whatever call list they have. Like the others on this list, I was asked "Why did you press 9 if you don't have a credit card? then click. NASTY SKANK!
I received a call today from them and my called ID showed the number. They offered to reduce my credit card interest rates. I was stupid enough to give them my credit card number and what was even weirder was they were able to tell me the balance I had on the card which I immediately verified on my account online. This made it really hard to not believe them then they asked for my Zipcode which I gave but then I got to suspicious as they asked me to spell out how my name appeared on the card. When I told the guy that i did not feel comfortable giving him my address he then transferred me to his "supervisor" who then proceeded to explain how the program worked. As I was being transferred I looked up the telephone number on google and led me here. I told him I did not want their services and notified him I was going to report the call to my bank and hung up. I called my bank and explained what happened to a person in the security services department. They canceled my accounts issued me new cards and had me call EQUIFAX to place a fraud alert on my credit report. In case you guys might want to do the same EQUIFAX's telephone number is 1(800)525-6285. I wont be falling for this kind of stuff ever again. Be careful.
I sometimes receive 3 calls a day from "Rachel at Cardholder Services." I've been receiving calls for a couple of years. Usually I hang up. On the first call today, I hit "1" to request that the calls stop. On the second call today I hit "3" to speak to a person. A man's voice came on and I said, "Please stop calling me." He hung up.
I just talked to the Consumer Protection Agency of the State Atty General office in W Virginia. Very nice lady, who said I had to call the Atty General in my state, but didn't want to hear anything about what was happening with this company which is based in WVA. Look up your state's phone directory for their Consumer Protection Bureau or Atty General and report this. For those of you in West Virginia, here's the information. Your State Atty General Is Darryl Mc Graw.Toll-Free: 1-800-368-8808Phone: (304) 558-8986Fax: (304) 558-0184consumer@wvago.gov
