have received multiple calls from these people. The times I have pressed "9" to talk to them and ask to be placed on their "do not call" they hung up. The times I have pressed "9" and asked what card this might be in reference to and where they got my number, they hung up.VERY unprofessional.

I am so tired of getting these calls. My mother is 94 and has NEVER had a credit card in her life. I have pushed #1 and acted like we are interested. They asked me what card do we have and the amount on the card, I told them, "you tell me since you are the ones that called". After I explain that mom has never had a card, they hang up fast.I have pushed #3 so often that I am surprised that that number on my phone isn't stuck.

I have gotten their call twice in two days. I don't answer and figure they'll go away. I am both the state and national do not call lists???After reading your comments...I think something should be done. They're going to prey upon some unsuspecting person eventually and their "phishing" may pay off.

ya call the number back and the number cannot be completed as dialed please check the number and dial again

They call me almost every day. Rachel from Cardholder Services. Would like very much to get off their list.

Same here, I asked them nicely to take me from there call list that I don't think they could go below 2% on my cards and he said "Fu** you I'm not having you removed from our list and that they'll call me a million time just to agravate and make my life a living hell. I said ok and ask what card he was talking about at the same time with my little RC recorder played back the reply he said about making my life a living hell and he hung up and never heard from them again, this was around thanksgiving a month ago. Amazing the good thinks you can learn from CSI to use to your advantage.
