yup...same responses I get every time I hit 9 and ask to be removed as I am on a DNC list. They get rude and/or just hang up.

I receive calls weekly from these people. Always a different number. Always the same recording. I hit 9 and ask to be removed where I am either treated rudely and or they hang up on me when I say I am on a DNC list.

Received a call from this number while I was out of the house. They left a "hang up" message on my answering equipment. I intend to report it since I am also on the DNC lists.

My Mother's phone rang, she's 91 and doesn't have a credit card, they continued totalk until I picked up the phone. They hang up quickly...

Got a phone call from this number few weeks ago. They wanted to reduce my interest on my credit cards...except I don't have credit cards. When I told him this, he insisted that I was wrong, that I had a $ 4000.00 balance on "one" of my cards. I explained once again that I didn't have a card, and if I did, why wasn't I receiving monthly bills...he once again insisted that I was wrong, I had to have these 2 cards, and that I would have to talk to his supervisor. I told him "FINE" that after I talked to his supervisor, I was going to call the authorities. I was "transferred" to where I heard a loud beep, a screeching noise, then the line went dead. I seen on my caller I.D. that they called once again today..hopefully they'll call again, real soon, while I am home.

I got a call at 10:10am EST this morning. It was a prerecorded telemarketing message: "Hello, this is Rachael from cardholder services.." I immediately hung up, then came to this webpage, read all of the other complaints, and was glad I didn't waste another second. Thanks to all of you for your reports. We need to help each other, for no one else cares who harrasses us!
