just another no name caller.; no message hang up.....annoying

I have been getting these calls for years. If you are lucky they just hang up on you. Among other things, I have been threatened, called a "[***] [***]" and a "[***] licking [***]". Repeatedly complained to the government (FCC, FTC) but they claim they can't make this stop because of call spoofing. Right. So, if someone calls Washington DC and makes threats with a spoofed number, what do they do? Say "oh well, we can't do anything, just have to wait and see if something happens?" I would love to meet any of the people associated with Cardholder Services face to face. Any of them at all.

Called and hung up when answering machine came on. Am on the do not call list. How did this get through?

One more thing I want to add. I DON"T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD!!! it is impossible for these people to get anything from me, even if I went along with their scam, because I have no card in the first place. That, combined with their racial obscenity and terrorist threats prove to me this is not just a scam; these people are engaged in deliberate threatening harassment, and they are racists. I hope I meet them some day. I really do.

I pressed 9 when card services called me to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I asked her (older rough voice woman) if they respect the do not call list and she said we have nothing to do with that. We are calling you because you have been making your payments on time, we are affiliated with Visa and Master Card and we are trying to offer you a lower rate. I said, "oh really, i dont even have any credit cards." and she said, "you [***]" and hung up.

This seems to have worked for me with this and other calls from agencies who ignore my polite requests that they stop calling me. I hit whatever number I need to use to get to an actual human being. I start talking to them, dropping the volume of my voice as I do so. At the call center, the person I'm talking to turns up the volume of his/her headset. That's when I hold the mouthpiece of my telephone over the referee's whistle I have in my mouth, and blow out his/her eardrums.Most don't call back.

Well, I just received my first call and lets just say it will most definitely be their last call to me. After pressing 9 and talking to a real person, I informed the gentleman on the phone that I have one credit card and it gets paid off at the end of every month. His first mistake was informing me that I was lieing and he had my social security number, home, office & beach house addresses, all of my telephone numbers including my wifes & children & that he was "on the hunt for me", stating "I will track you down & make your family pay". Lets just say I don't take threats to lightly, especially when those said threats include my wife & children. Due to him calling my business number, the whole conversation was recorded, mistake number two for the company. Long story short, my company works directly with Homeland Security & the FBI so one phone call over to a very good friend in a very high position & this company is now being investigated for the threats it made in regards to my family. They will be tracked down and prosecuted for their injustice, its scum like these people that give legit telemarketing (for worthy causes & standings) a bad name.

I have received numerous unsolicited phone calls from this number. Today I hit "9" and asked the person to not ever call me again and she said, "What do you think I am, the complaint department?" and then disconnected the call.
