I've been getting the same call for months. It's always a different number. Same recording from Rachel. I have pressed 9 several times and told them I am on the no call list and they usually hang up. Once they called me 3 times in one day. I firmly said "I am on the no call list people!!!" emphasizing People.. she laughed and said "People?? ha ha What is the no call list?" I said it's a govt sponsored list, and she said "Can you get a better interest rate with them?" I said "this is not about rates, and I will be reporting this number to the Federal Government" ... Before she hung up there was a LOUD sound of static which I think was on purpose. I am so sick of these calls, reported them several times. Nothing is being done. Seems that the more I report, the calls come in more often!

They call me every day, once or twice daily. I've asked them to not call, as I am on the Do Not Call list. The man told me he would call me any time he wanted. And they've continued to call me. I am very sick & elderly, and need to not be disturbed by these phone calls. Please Help!!

Call is initially a recording from "Rachel" at card services stating it is in reference to my credit cards - no problems but to lower my rates...blah blah blah....Got this call this morning on my cell. My cell is registered on all do not call lists available. I pressed 9 and was asked by man if I pressed 9 to receive lower interest rates on my cards. I said no, but I pressed 9 to find out how to stop receiving these calls.He hung up. I hate these!!!

These people call all the time and when I try to tell them that my husband takes care of the money, they hang up. I want them to STOP calling!!!

Donot fall for Invisidebt solicitation. They have an F rating with the BBB. They will ask u for your credit card info assuring u that it is federal law that u cannot b charged for any charge that is unauthorized. They tell u they can lower high interest credit card rates to below 6% or possibly 0% they will send u an email to e sign. Regardless of wether u sight or not they charge your credit card. When u call to dispute the charge, fraud department will tell u that it is n indisputable because u gave your information. BBB lady I spoke with says that it sounds like fraud to her because u have paid a merchant that solicited you but did not receive what u paid for. GE capital is trying to get out of charging invisadebt back and make me eat the charge.

caller didn't leave message but I too am on do not call list & will be reporting this phone number. When you file a complaing, start listing this web site & provide a link, that way if they take the time to look at it, they can see what others are saying about it that aren't on the do not call list so they can read how rude the people are.

The same thing happened to me!

The FTC has not done crap about the calls coming on a do not call phone number. There just isn't any money in it for them. They need to freeze all assets and accounts until the owners of these companies show up to court. The phone companies also should not give out phone numbers to owners of companies that have any pending litigation with the FTC
