Just registered my complaint.

I am on do not call list also. Still getting calls from this place; I leave my answering machine on 24/7. They never leave a message.

Called to verify information on credit card & hung up when I asked question and said I do not have a credit card and am on the do not call list.

I constantly get calls from Rachael at Cardholder Services. I have asked them to stop and they just hang up on me. I get up to 10 calls a day from these people always from a different number. Once I was able to call the number back and I got a recording that said, "If you are calling to tell me what an A**hole I am , Don't bother." This is wrong and people should not be harassed in this way.

Scammer initially called from ID W. Virginia Call 304-445-5940 recorded message asking press 9 if you want lower interest rates. Pressing 9 connects to a person who asks about our credit cards and if we want lower interest rates (again!) I went along with the questions, giving BS answers, of course. The caller wanted specific credit card information, including numbers so she could "verify" the accuracy of my answers and see if I "qualified" for lower interest rates. When I reminded her that the initial call claimed they were calling because I qualified, she answered with some vague response about their company representing many financial institutions. When I asked why they called when I am on the do not call list, she responded "we did not call you, you called us," which was their way of saying "you pressed 9, you idiot. You therefore called us." I responded with a nasty statement about liars and hung up. Within two minutes she called back on 407-219-5960 and said "we were disconnected." I explained again we are on the do not call list and asked her to remove my name from their calling list. She objected and I hung up again. The two numbers 304-445-5940 and 407-219-5960 are associated with the same scammers. Why isn't the original call requesting the receiver to press 9 considered a violation of the do-not-call list? Or is it?

I receive these also I reported to "Do not Call" and the FCC. I read on the internet if you try and get them to stop they will continue worse and get mean. The phone # they use are cell phones. No need to call that #. The real # is 954-426-2642 which is registered to PHL International at 836 S Military Trail, Deerfield Beach FL. Head guy in charge is Mark Burton. Their company is American Dept Negotiators. 866-969-4236. Owner Ran David Barnea. Supposed home address 21955 Cypress Dr., Apt 48F, Boca Raton, FL. They use spoof names like Cardholder Services and also spam calls about car warranties. They call #'s on the "Do not Call list. Even cell #'s. Report them to www.donotcall.gov? file a complaint

makes no difference about the dnc list- these robocall are computer generated

This is weird. Today I was out and when I returned home I noticed that thsi phone number was on my caller ID, no one left a message, but now that I have read all of theses posts, if they call again I will report them also since I am on the DO NOT Call registry. Thanks for the heads up guys!

You were raised by your parents to be nice to others but these [***] are scammers and don't honor the DoNotCall Registry so don't bother being nice, just scream obscenities at them or buy a whistle or air horn and blow their ears off.

Called this morning at 10:15. Left no message on our machine. Just filed a complaint with the FTC, as we're on the DNC. This sort of stuff just shouldn't be permitted.
