I will join too - I filed a police report with my local pd and was told there really isn't anything they can do either. I traced the calls with my phone company and it came up only the spoofed number. I supplied the pd with the correct info (I stupidly was going to try the Resveratrol) and he added to my file, but really can't do anything.I was receving anywhere from 5 to 10 calls a day not knowing who they were until some moron from there tried to sell more stuff to me and I informed them that I had filed a police report and was going to call the police back to update the info I gave them and after a week of harassment, the calls came to a complete stop.My advice to everyone is to let them know when they call you that you know who they are and that you filed a police report and see if they stop.I do feel that we should file a law suit anyway to make them have to pay for the harassment they inflicted on all of us and prevent them from doing this to anyone else going forward, maybe even out them out of business.Who's in??
Day after day, after day I get calls from this number. They call at all hours and hang up on the machine. This clown needs to be found!
I keep getting calls from this number even though they get a recording about not taking calls from tel-a-marketers. Is there a way to stop them?
Day after day, after day I get calls from this number. They call at all hours and hang up on the machine. This clown needs to be found! And, by the way, to call them back and get another victim, don't use the 305 prefix. I called 800-1000 and got someone in my state who is also getting the calls.
I've been getting calls for a couple of weeks. Usually, they hang up. On one occasion a male voice said I had requested information about a pharmaceutical product. I think the company name started with a V. I said I remembered no such contact. He said he'd report that I didn't want to be called. Today I got another call but they hung up again.
You know what really pisses me off? Thought you'd never ask. OUR OWN GOVERNMENT won't do anything about these pricks because they represent a huge marketing lobby that lines their pockets. IVR CONCEPTS is a company that operates out of south Florida and other places and provides telephone services. I called and spoke to the owner and he denied that this number was his. I am certain that these are automated dial machines with live operators. I have been using online auto searches lately, like CARS.COM and making contact with dealers about car inquiries. Sometimes I use a virtual number and sometimes my home but I have not received any calls from IVR on my virtual number (unless they hang up during the digital message) My number is not listed and I am on a NO call list.I received two, no speak, hang up calls yesterday evening and one this morning. It's obvious that they are told to use this tactic for whatever reason. They know you can't call them back and you don't know who they are so, it doesn't matter to them BUT if they actually represent productsand you are lucky enough to get someone who speaks to you, you can contact the attorney general in your state or whatever office handles the no-call list and report the COMPANY THAT IS BEING MARKETED AND EMPLOYING THESE PEOPLE who use harassing methods. As well, I would call the company and the better business bureau and make official complaints.
