this number keeps calling me and when I say "hello" they hang up, it's annoying. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP, I JUST HAD MY NUMBER CHANGED!!!!!!!
I'm getting the same type of calls as everyone else. No reason, no one there, I answer and they hang up. They have been calling about twice a day about 3 and 7 pm.
it seems that the "free acai" web site is the factor here. i did not post any personal info but the calls started after i visited the site.
answered the call and no one on the other end... it was quiet.. called it back and it said it was a non working number... googled it and its based in Fl... hmmm...
My sister recently asked me to order her a "free trial" of acai berry extract so that she could continue to sit on her [***], and miraculously lose weight. She gave me some print out of information on a free trial. When I went to order her free trial, the fine print indicated that within 10 days of ordering the free trial, I would be charged $82 for the next months supply. Needless to say I didn't order the product, but they already had my name, address and phone number.The call I got was from a company called FWM Labratories. (Futures Without Medicine) and they wanted to sell me some health supplement.Here's the thing, the number doesn't mean anything. I used to work for the American Cancer Society, and we used a dialer to call within the 4 states we worked on. Depending on where we were calling, we would input the number of a local office into the dialer so that people were more likely to answer their phone. Companies that use similar software can input any number they want, and it does not have to be valid.
