The phone number 312-578-7015 called my phone at 9:50 at night. I thought it was a strange number so I didn't answer. I would like the calls to stop however.
Or get a call blocker or buy a Panasonic telephone some have call blocker built in .If you have a android phone bunch of free apps to block calls.
What constitutional protection? The constitution is being bandied about a lot lately by people who don't know what there talking about much less those who've actually read it and studied it in law school.
