This appears to be a legit survey sponsered by the CDC. I also recieved a letter about the time the calls started. I kept getting these calls on my land line & after looking it up I did the survey. Now they started calling my cell phone. I have called them back twice, told them that I'd done the survey on my land line. This time I explicitly requested to be removed from the list. Just because they can call, does not give them the right to harass me. I have filed a complaint with the CDC.
