It is legit....the CDC sent out letters and it was on the national news that they were calling people to do a survey about children and vaccinations in the household to determine what proportion of children less than 5 and also 5 to 18 have received recommended vaccines that are recommended for their age groups

I have received various calls from this number. No message left. I am on a do not call list for my landline and cell phone and still I get unwanted calls.
