Ok, so it's obvious that you work for the CDC. Amazing how many telemarketers and employees working scummy surveys like this feel they have to go out and troll this website. Do you really think anyone takes you seriously?I suspect you are the one on welfare. Or is it "work-study"? I.e. you are a U Chicago student working the phones harassing people with this survey. Go troll somewhere else.
It works, but you have to take the time to file a complaint with the FTC. Usually the companies you do business with that sells your number to third parties. Read the privacy policy. Charities and politicians are exempt also
