It was an automated 2-question survey regarding a service call I recently had on my GE washer. My only objection is that if you don't answer, they don't leave a message and just keep calling back until you answer.

Yes I think this is Whirlpool customer service or something. I also just purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator this week and have been getting calls from this number. Next time I'll answer so they stop calling.

Three calls at stupid hours--7:30 PM Friday, 5: 25 PK Sunday, 8: 18 PM Sunday on my work cell phone. No message. Called the number this mornign and listened to their schpeal about how they collect data and are striving to improve the service of a number of companies. Appeared to be a VM after, so I blistered them about their unprofessional approach to this, and will tell A&E aout it as well.

Got a call from this number after haveing a GE dishwasher repaired on a recall. Service was performed by A&E factory service. Called at 3pm on a Sundaty Afternoon. I did not answer the call.

Had a dryer repair with a & e on Thursday got the call two days later on Saturday. So I call the number back no answer. If I see an number appear and don't no whom it is. I don't answer it . I will call them back if they keep my phone or send a text .

Yes, I received the same call several times but unless we know the caller, we don't pick up as we are tired of the marketing calls.It is after we had an appliance repaired.I agree, they should give you a survey card to fill out, not call your unlisted, private numbers.

I have had two calls in the past two days from this number. Just had an A&E repairman for my dryer.I did not answer and they left no message.

I too had A&E come and do refrigerator repair. Must be where its from.
