Someone posted a while back that it was Blue Cross. Don’t know if that’s true or not, but I did call Blue Cross today and tore ‘em new one. Billing department, that is. 30 pages hmmmmm. I think I’ll just block.

I got this call from IPSOS also and because I am in the marketing and customer satisfaction business, I know them to be a reputable market research company. I have done paper-and-pencil surveys for them.IPSOS is NOT a telemarketer; it is a legitimate market research company and it will not try to scam you. If you doubt this, please google "IPSOS" and see for yourself.

I called the number you gave and the automatic answering machine says "Burr Heating and Air"

Called and asked for me..hung up right away.

BCBS is base in Chicago but is used everywhere

got a call about 10:30 last night. Thought it was someone who dialed wrong number. Then this morning there's a call about 7:30. So someone is using their work phone for personal business, or it's a person calling for a business at bad hours. So I'd guess it's a telemarketer. CID says IPSOS.
