Synovate has it made. They can get around the DNC rules, because when they are calling you and you say "LEAVE ME ALONE" they are nice enough to not call you again whil working for THAT client. You are still in their DB, and are happy to call you again on behalf of their NEXT client. Why else do you think it takes only SECONDS for the computer to dial your number, but TWO WEEKS to be taken off their contact list? They are just checking the individual DNC lists for their clients, not their master contact list. Are you kidding? It takes a lot of time and money to validate all of those phone numbers and know exactly when you will be home.
Answered to find another robo call...caller ID listed as IP505 or IS SOS...When sked, Ashley identified herself as being with Consumer Resaerc...they seem to have numerous numbers!On DNC list and still getting these scam artists multiple times a day!
No matter who or even when people call you, I was under the impression that the US Supreme Courts had just rulled, within the last couple of weeks, that any calls (other than emergency notification purposes- i.e.: police, fire, weather emergencies), are now illegal when the call is initiated by computers. Please someone smarter than me please confrim this. Thanks. You need to keep a phone log beside the phone and log your calls (dates and times, and caller id info if avail) then contact your phone provider, and the local or state police.
Called at 5:40 pm on a Sunday. Didn't answer; no message left. I believe Synovate is a global market research company that provides research solutions and services.
Hung up when I answered. I see these other calls were made 5 years ago, so I guess these people calling just keep changing numbers...and still bothering people. I'm on the do not call list.
i got a call from this # too on my cell reporting from Chicago and they left no message. I dont even know anyone from Chicago.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
