We didn't recognize the number so didn't answer. We've been getting a lot of calls from "so called" police support agencies lately. They call all year, but get really heavy on holiday times. We never answer calls unless we know the caller. Caller ID is well worth the cost for us.
IPSOS marketing research. According to GOOGLE their headquarters is in Paris. Yes, as in France. It's a French owned marketing research company. The lady who I spoke with had a heavy accent and I just said don't call back. Added number to call block on phone.
