Called twice today but no caller ID name. Left no message. Will either send an email or go inside a BOA
Received a call from this number... Stated they were Bank of America and asked for my husband (who was not home). I then called Bank of America and was told that they were not trying to get ahold of me for any reason.... This was completely a spam call. Do not give any information to the people at this number!!!
Live operator (which is good) from a survey company apparently sponsored by Bank Of America. Called business line about a satisfaction survey. I do have a BoA account, and they did provide me with my business name (pre-existing relationship) they were calling.Odd thing about the disclaimer, was besides the "recording for quality assurance" was a notice that ideas for new products that may be suggested due to this phone call would become the property of BofA with no compensation to me. While I can kind of understand that, now they've put me in the position of consulting for them for free. That seems like the survey might go a little beyond the typical satisfaction survey (do you like our service? do you like our tellers?) where it would be followed by the 'what service could be provide that you would value?'.I love to waste the time of telemarketers, but this was legitimate (in my case and opinion) and I declined to participate in the survey.
Called me a month ago and blocked it so when called this evening it was blocked. I am a BofA customer. I get emails asking for my opinion of service. That is enough. Don't call my home while I am eating dinner. Number is blocked.
Got a call from this number but caller ID listed a series of numbers (7728393:3142261) as the calling party. Answered and got a female saying she was calling from Bank of America and needed to talk to a decision maker for my business. Proceeded to tell her BOA would not hide behind a series of numbers instead of a proper caller ID, and (2) She didn't know the name of the business or my name so she had to be a scam. She hung up.
Repeated calls from this number-no message-when called back is a survey. My Bank of America branch advises this is not normal method of operation for BOA.
This person with an indian or asian accent call me about wanting to speak to the owner of the windows computer. I said I am on the national do not call list. He responded by call me a mother f. . .r and a [***] s. . . . This was his exact words. He called a second time and blocking his number asking for the owner of the house and called with those names again.
