Received a call from 314-226-1459 on 9/10 &9/14/2015 at 11:47am . Caller ID displayed "7736458:31422614". Did not answer and no message was left.

It is a SCAM. BANK of AMERICA does NOT do business over the phone.FACE to FACE is how business has been conducted HISTORICALLY !!You do business face to face at the REAL Bank of AMERICA. NOT over the phone.These CREEPS prey on SENIORS !!!!SUGGEST that you contact your local police.

this number called here an id sayd it's Bank f America. I contacted my bank branch before when this number called and they told me most times when he bank calls it's from an 800 number and they would leave a message if there was no answer. This number does neither.

there is no such company as MARTINEZ RESEARCH IN AREA CODE 314....this is a SCAM !!!

I received back-to-back calls from this number indicating they were calling on behalf of Bank of America. I said the caller ID did not have Bank of America, but a series of numbers. I kept questioning where they got my phone number since I have been on the 'National Registry for Do-Not-Call Numbers' for over a year. I said if Bank of America was calling or whatever bank they were calling from, the bank name would be part of the caller ID. They did not insist that it was BOA at that point. I considered it a scam and told them to take me off their phone list.

Called at 7:00 PM today, caller ID shows as Bank of America. No message left. It is a SCAM!Legitimate calls from banks would not use local area codes and would leave a message. I do not pick up calls with unknown numbers, even if the caller ID seems to be legitimate. Caller is blocked now.

Calls with a caller ID saying they are from "Bank of America" in St. Louis, but they call at 8pm or 9pm St. Louis time. and do not leave a message. Very unlikely to be BofA.

Old craggy raspy voice "woman" who finally identified herself as a rep for BOA (???) and although my husband of 41 years and I share accounts...she ignored fact and kept askign for him instead. hard of hearing or just a scamming idiot! Called police and BOA.

Actually called BOA and representative Erin was equally uncooperative and spoke over me. Said number was from a research company that was calling as I was not on a "do not call list" and had not supplied BOA with my email address when in fact: I AM ON A DO NOT CALL LIST AND HAVE RECEIVED EMAILS FROM BOA!!! How was that possible if they did not have my email address...clairvoyant??? Even more livid than before ..and they are handling our money?????Filed complaint with Department of Consumer Protection banking division.
