They call me every day even though I hung up on them 3 days ago. They have also called me on a number which I never gave out and asked for me by name. It is almost as if they are getting the info off my computer with malware.

Got a call from that number. Didn't know the number. Did not answer. They left no message. Caller ID said only the phone #.. twice. Same phone number was where a name should be. These are no doubt phishers. Criminals trying to get personal info, or to get you to say "YES" to a question. They record your voice. Once you say yes (as I saw on another post on here), you're doomed. Then they have your voice saying yes to who knows what. People need to STOP answering the phone if they don't know the number. If it's legitimate.. they will send you something in the mail. These phone scams/ criminals are getting out of hand! Report them!

Id says Bank of America - but if it was, then they are a total nuisance. No reason for Bank of America to call our number - so figure it is just another scam call.

This could not be the real Bank of America because I have not done business with them.

Said Bank of America on Calle ID, but B of A would leave a short msg with call back number. Bogus!

Called 3 times in 2 days - no message; Caller ID says Bank of America, which is totally bogus. At what point is something going to be done about these scamming calls? I can block them all I want, but they continue to call with new numbers all the time.

Says they are doing follow-up customer service feedback survey for Bank of America, then proceeds to ask all sorts of information-mining questions that do not relate at all to evaluating service. All I know is to be careful and report to ftc is you are on the do not call list.

GA...got call from this number. Did not answer. caller did not leave message...We will contact BOA to take us off ANY surverys...IF this was BOA..checked out 800 notes.

Has called every night this week, always after 7 p.m. Never leaves a message. Caller ID says "Bank of America". Tonight, I answered after the 3rd ring. No one there and it automatically went to a busy signal.
