both Carol and Jb are wrong. I used to work for BofA and if you have done any transaction at any branch or have called customer service, you most probably get a survey. Branches and customer service are constantly being evaluated and your answers affects their bonus score.

Called twice no message

314-226-1459 called 6:29pm on 22 Sept 2016. CID BANK OF AMERICA, No message on VM. Unknown if Spoofed number from St Louis, Missouri. Possible Maritz, conducting a survey for the bank.

Received a call from that number. Did not pick up since there are so many unwanted calls at this time of election in US. No message left, but the ID was Bank of America. Scam!!!

This number calls - figured it's a spam/scam or unwanted call. Didn't pick up.

(314) 226-1459 AUTO DIALer called 5:16pm on 20 Sept 2016. CID reads 3142261459. Scam caller stated she was with Bank of America, and she was conducting a Survey. Bank of America does not conduct phone surveys. BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM CALL.

When typing to report this call, a new one came again. No message. Did not pick up.

Getting very tired of these calls. I agree..B of A doesn't work this way. Not too long ago I received a call asking to speak to me,then asked about our mortgage and then wanted the last four numbers of my social. Have also received calls wanting to do a ca. census,then asked for my name......Another time they gave me an address (which wan't mine, but I knew who it belonged to.) Lesson is be very careful of websites as well.

CID says Bank of America; caller explained that she was from Maritz, conducting a survey for the bank. The number is listed to Maritz. The questions sounded right. The caller did not ask for personal information. Exchange 226 is managed by NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, INC..; it is located in St. Louis. this one actually sounds legit.

Got a call from this number, Bank Of America was displayed on caller ID. This was not Bank Of America, it had call center crazy noise in the background and no one there when I said hello. This smells of a scam to me. I blocked the number and reported to Do Not Call List. I recommend doing the same if you get a call from this number.
