Received this call 6/27/14 at 4:20 pm...caller ID says St. Louis, MO...no message left.

This call was a survey from Bank of America. Since I have no accounts with Bank of America I was pleased to give them an objective 1 - 10 answer to each of their questions. Most answers were either 1 or 5. At the end of the survey they asked what type of accounts I had with B of A and I told them NONE. I guess the survey is still used, but that is something they should have asked before getting horrible results.

Carol, you took the words right out of my mouth. Keep asking for someone who has never lived in my household. This has been going on for the past THREE years or more They just don't get it. I despise these people, and I use the term loosely.

Its Martiz market research studying customer satisfaction. Blow them off. Don't even answer the phone. They're worthless.

They called twice - didn't pick up - never left a message. Caller ID says Bank of America

THANK YOU to the folks posting before me! They called - didn't leave a message. I had done some on-line banking earlier in the day so I thought there might have been a problem. I checked here 1st. Glad I found out they were bogus. 800Notes Rocks!!!

Received a call from 314-226-1459 at ~9:00 pm. It said Bank of America. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Second call from them today. Did not answer - they hung up w/out leaving message.

called here and did not leave a message. If it was really B of A they would have left a message. I was also advised from my local B of A that any calls from them would come from and 800 number.
