Continues to call all day says Bank of America but is a scam

Received a call from this number. Did not answer it. I talked to my bank before about this number and they told me that if Bank of America tried to call it would be from an 800 number.

They called. I didn't answer. They didn't leave a message.

Caller called a business, claimed to be calling on behalf of Bank of America asking for a woman, when they tried to confirm information, suggested they send anything they need to, in writing to the address of record. Whoever it is, if it is a scam, doubt they will do that. Given the information here, probably did that poor woman they tried to reach a favor. Very suspicious.

I have been receiving calls from this number at least once a day. Today I received two calls. They never left a message. It was only after reading the postage messages that I knew it was B of A or company representing themselves as B of A.They are annoying. Don't they get the message that we don't want to talk to them when we don't answer he phone. If they are legitimate then why didn't they leave any message?

They've called multiple times a day the last few. I answered and no one is there, just a click. I know everyone is saying BofA doesn't do phone surveys, but every time I go inside the bank, I do get a survey call a couple of days later. This one is different, however, in that no one is there when I answer. I even waited and no one came on, just the click.

They called yesterday and left no msg. So I looked it up here to see what it was. So today I answered and yes, they say they are from Bank of America (may have said on behalf of BofA, I'm not sure) and called me by my name. I hung up. I called back and the recording said they are Maritz Customer Experience. Scary that they had my name. If they work for BofA, I am not happy with that.
