Thanks everyone-I called the 314-845-2825 number and had the guy remove me from the list.Simple enough- thank god for google and this website.I'm guessing my culprit was the houston chronicle, never subscribing from them again. Also, I dont recall every releasing my privacy policy from them either...

Get several calls a day on my cell phone. I am also on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. I contacted the BBB and made a complaint!

i been getting call from thi pisa group and dont know why, i try to find out who are this peaple and every time they call they staid in the line a few seconds and then hung up. i am so mad about it,i hope somebody will tell me what to do on these case.

Repeated calls like everyone else - never an answer or a message. Finally called back and it was busy. Looked up the info online and found sites with a CS number to call 314-845-2825. I asked them, and they said they are a newspaper marketing group, and so any local paper could have given them my info. Removed from call list, no problem.

I've been getting calls from this company & I'm in PA?!?! It looks like thier newspapers don't have anything to do with the Eastern states so why call me? I stumbled upon this site and I think it's wonderful that I now know I'm not the only one on the do not call list that is still getting annoying calls.

This company has called me a few times off and on since late June 2009, and I figured that it was a scam. They tried to convince me to subscribe to the Times Picayune (major newspaper here in New Orleans), and I wanted to know why someone from the TP would be calling from a '314' area code. They claimed to work with the Times Picayune (yeah, right), and I told them that I wasn't interested. Thank you for advice of contacting the BBB and filing a complaint with the DNC registry. I wouldn't bother calling the company back and asking who sold your number to them. Of course they're going to say the major newspaper in your area after you give them your location or they look at your area code.

THEY CALLED MY CELL PHONE AT 5:45 AM, 9:32 AM, AND 11:55 AM TODAY ALREADY. THEY ARE GETTING TO BE VERY AGGRIVATING!

Got a call on my Google Grand Central number that I set up last week. It is set to send all unknown calls to VM. Thankfully I was able to find this page and tell Grand Central that the number was spam. I just moved to Houston and I don't need a newspaper.

I have received calls from this jerk too. I researched the number and it is a private home in St. Louis Mo. It is not a company. His house is even shown on the arial map along with his name and number at yellowpages.com. Do not give out any personal or email info. to this scam artist.

thank u so much icalled that number u gave and they took me off the list. my husband was wondering y i was always getting these wierd phone calls but im glad its finally resolved.
