Called; left no msg. Interestingly, less than 10 minutes later, an "out of area" call rang in. Needless to say, I didn't answer that one, either

Yes, these idiots just called me. "Yes, we're calling to do a survey about fire restoration at your home. Can I speak to the head of the household." Answer: They are on vacation and are never returning. "Okay, we'll call at another time." We've never had a fire, fire restoration, or anything close. Morons.

OK, that's a lie. When you call that number you are calling the "survey dept", no need to transfer, you got it. Also, you need a name of a person so the operator can transfer you or else you get nothing and like it. Resources: I work here.

Being a Market Research company, the Do Not Call registry doesn't apply because KSR doesn't sell anything. In order to get off the list you have to answer the phone and ask them to put you on KSR's Do Not Call list. Or, you can call and give the oper your phone # and she can have someone get it out of the system. Trust me, it works.
