I have received so many calls from this company it isn't funny!!!!!!! They call themselves Credit Card Services and want you to lower your credit card rate! I tried to get them to quit calling by pressing the number 3 to be taken off their list which I did but somehow they keep calling me. I am so tried of these calls I could scream. There are way too many of these kinds of calls. Wish I knew how they can continue to fraud people this way. Who do you call to stop this anyway?

Calls from this number are coming in daily with a recording telling me this is my credit card services and nothing is wrong with my account, but.....Very, very annoying. I am on the Do Not Call Registry for a reason!How can I contact these folks and get them to quit calling?

they called, I answered knowing it was a scam or solicitation. They said "are you interested in lowering your interest rate?" I said, on which card? they said "On your visa or MC". I said which one are you with I have a few different ones. The scum bag hung up on me. Reporting to the do not call list registry. All she would say her company's name is "Card Services".

apparently it doesn't matter if you are on the do not call list these people wont leave a message so it comes up Florida Call so i answer it and they are telling me i have no problem with my credit and they can lower my interest rate but i have limited time i pushed three cause it said it will end calls so we will see what happens this started about 3 weeks ago if i am on the do not call list then why can they call me

You can't stop them from calling because they'll just call from a different number. It's voip anyway. What I do is let youmail.com handle my voicemail. The outgoing message is one telling them that the number they're calling has been disconnected and then they're not allowed to leave a message. Works most of the time to discourage them from calling back.

I have a Panasonic phone that blocks calls. That's about the only way to get relief from these frauds, who call from many different numbers (all spoofed), but which apparently all belong to the same scamming company. Obviously, you should never give out any information to a cold-caller. If you actually talk to them, and if they say that you have a debt, tell them to send you a certified letter and that you will then turn the letter over to your attorney. DO NOT give them your address! They should already have that. I predict you will never receive such a letter from these scammers.

321.304.9999Like others above have stated, they call non-stop and when confronted they were rude and vulgar.Why is it they cannot be stopped? I am honestly confused as to why my privacy is so easy to violate.

Got a call from these idiots. They told me I was in debt for over $4,000. I said no but they insisted it was on the computer screen and I was lying.So I asked who they thought they were talking to and I was told it was against the law to tell me who I am. Funny thing is that my phone is unlisted and in my maiden name which they spell wrong and I've been married for 29 years.Can you imagine it being against the law for a scammer to tell you who they think you are!!!

Also happened to me in Texas. I have asked to be taken off and they still call and I AM on the Do Not Call List. I have no credit cards. Please do remember these people who do the calling are working for $ they need. I have done legitimate telemarking when I needed rent & food. I also worked 2 weeks for a scam company and did not know that it was. He never paid me the $300, the Labor Board & Attorney General never got the payment for me and I found out he was an ex-con!
