I have filled out a "Do not call" request twice, and I still get these calls from several different places. I do not have any debts--my home is paid for, my cars are paid for--I buy everything on a cash basis, and if I use a credit card, I always pay in full when I get the bill. Why are these people calling? I have answered the calls before, and get a recording, so can't tell them not to call, What can I do to stop this annoyance?

This is a recording saying it was my last chance to lower the interest rate on my credit card. I don't use credit cards...SCAM!

I have received calls from this number nearly every day.Usually don't answer.Last time, I picked up and THOUGHT I had a live person. Yelled at "her" to stop calling my number.

Barking is a great idea.....I use something that sounds like an airhorn....hmmm, wonder how it sounds in their ears!!!

Another call today from 321-304-9999. This time it said Florida. Before it said Cardmember Services. This time they hung up immediately. Last time they hung up after I gave them a piece of my mind for soliciting me to lower my interest rate on a card I don't own. These are clearly not honest people. Be careful.

Recorded message to my home number (on DNC list for years): "This is Rachel at Cardholder Services" - said "there's no problem with your current account," as if they were actually a legit caller with whom I've done business... ha! Said I qualified for a lower credit card rate. I've gotten similar calls from various numbers, always the same lying scum who ignore the DNC list.

last chance to lower interest rate to 6.9%. That would be raising my interest rate. didn't say where they were from or leave a call back #. yep...scam.

stop calling me. why can't we prosecute if we are on the do not call list??????

These calls are coming in DAILY. Today I got FOUR of them, all 'different' numbers but three of the four were about "credit accounts/lowering interest" blah,blah,blah.Fourth one was asking to do a 'survey" about 'issues that affect your life." Was an instate number but just stated "Health Survey" on caller id. Surveys are supposed to be 'exempt' from the DoNotCall rules, but I wouldn't answer questions from a stranger whose company is not above board enough to IDENTIFY themselves on the Caller ID.All these calls were picked up by my machine. All left recorded messages.I've put in more complaints to the DoNotCallList than I can count. Can't see that it does any good. So much for our government in 'action'.This number 321`-304-9999 was supposedly from "FLORIDA."NOTE: I'd been getting these calls for FOUR YEARS but they've really increased in frequency EVER SINCE I OPENED A ***SEARS CREDIT CARD*** IN APRIL THAT IS ISSUED BY CITIBANK.
