This number called and the person said "Hello Grandma". It is obviously a scam to get money for a "stranded grandchild".
i got a call from some lady (prolly in her 40s) named Amy. doing a "follow up" on a job interview inquiry, first it started with a 601 number...after i told them to stop calling me it changed to a 323 area code number. next time they call, i will have fun with her [***]..this has happened more than 10 times now.
just got a call from this number. I called back and Verizon said this number was disconnected.
They called me one day with the Microsoft story. I said, "Really? That's interesting because I have a Mac." (true) All he could say was, "Oh." I then hung up.
