I just got a call from this number and there was music at the other end...i didnt bother waiting for someone to get on the line!!
There are occasional calls from this number. How can these folks get away with this? How does this no-call list affect them? I've learned to let the machine pick up, as there are a few more out there.
same thing...saying i am eligible for a free home security system. Middle eastern accent. I hung up politely. I have no idea why i was polite...i was annoyed.
Got a call on my personal cell phone today - a lady said hello, hello and then hung up - I kept answering her but I guess she couldn't hear me?
Got a call on my cell from this number didn't answer, no message, decided to Google it, and found this blog. Maybe it is someone hoping that you'll pay for reverse number lookup? I never answer calls from unknown numbers. If its important they'll leave a message.
Call came to my cell. I didn't answer. Glad I didn't. Sounds like a scam. Maybe they won't call again since no one answered.
I've been getting these calls a lot lately. The first time I answered the questions, but it seemed as though they kept going on and on so I had to end the call. After that I do not accept their calls. Tonight I got a call after 8pm and I asked him very angry "Do you know what time it is?", and he of course answered "yes I do" rudely and I simply told him rudely back to not call here again. If and when this person calls again, I will let him know that I know this is a scam of some kind and that I will let authorities know. Maybe then he'll leave me alone. Apparently he's not listening to anyone who says their on the Do Not Call List (which I am on), maybe he'll het scared knowing that I know that he's a scammer? Who knows? Anyone with me?
