Left no message, multiple calls

How do you know they are legitimate? At Walgreens you know where you are. Do you give your personal info to anyone who calls just because they claim to be Walgreens?

Walgreens Prescription Refill Reminder

No Caller ID's with this number. They begin by asking for personal information about yourself, which is a really bad idea these days. Anyone can call and claim to be a business. The rule is - never give personal information over the phone because there is no way of knowing who is at the other end of the line. Walgreens is contributing to the problem by making scam calls more difficult to distinguish from real calls. They should terminate or seriously change this program.

If this is a real Walgreens Refill reminder, why would I get a call from Omaha, NE about a refill reminder when I live in Oklahoma City?

It IS Walgreen's...this is how I refill my RX's every month. I too was leary at first but it has turned out to be a blessing for me!! I never run out of BP meds because of this service.

Walgreen's refill reminder

Hello, this number is also calling me over and over. My gut would say that I don't believe it's really Walgreens. Trust me, they aren't that helpful. However, just called my local Walgrgeens and pharmacist said they do have an out of state refill confirmation number. Still suspicious though, not sure any meds needed refilling and the local branch didn't know which one. Either way, it is NOT helpful to have that Number calling me over and over and not leaving a proper message!!! I think I'll block it, even if it is Walgrgeens.
