Personally I wouldn't take it as a personal insult however my 1st thought is didn't I see Howdy on Doomsday Preppers. Seriously, turning it over to the FBI to follow-up on. Sounds like something Howdy could've figured out with a little follow-up of his own but hey thats what the FBI is there for right??

They keep calling and hanging up and not leaving a message. They are a nuisance.

Despite what any of you are reporting, this is a huge scam. Granted, some of you may have gotten legitimate calls from Walgreen's refill service, but this number is also calling with a legit-sounding recording stating it is Walgreen's, stating your name, and then asking to confirm your identify by entering the last 4 of your SSN. I talked to Walgreen's, and they stated that this is absolutely a scam. . Believing otherwise is just plain stupid. Be careful out there.

Have received multiple messages of this type from this number and also a California area code... The temptation is to call and say "Why are you calling me" and they will try and get your name and they already have your phone number... Its a scam . In this day of identity theft they go to all extents to get information. Block the phone numbers as they come in... I have nothing to do with wallgreens yet multiple states have my prescription ready...SCAM SCAM SCAM

well seriously, if this is a scam, they are good, especially since they knew what two medications I needed to have refilled! Definitely is Walgreen's. People saying it's not are... well lacking their crazy pills and probably should have used the service, just saying. :)

Got call but didn't answer as it came to my cell, Walgreens does not have my cell # only my home # so i would be leary.

WALGREENS IS SO GREEDY THAT THEY NOW SIGN UP ALL CUSTOMERS FOR AUTOMATED CALLS. IF YOU FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AT THEIR PHARMACY, YOU WILL GET CALLS ANY TIME YOU HAVE A REFILL THAT CAN BE FILLED THRU YOUR INSURANCE PLAN. IF YOU ARE TAKING A NUMBER OF MEDICATIONS, EXPECT THEM TO BOMBARD YOUR PHONE!!! THEY DON'T LEAVE MESSAGES EITHER AND WILL HARASS YOU AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. YOU NEED TO CALL 800-WALGREENS. ASK FOR CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND TELL THEM TO REMOVE YOUR PHONEA FROM THE AUTO REFILL PHONE CALLS. YOU WILL HAVE TO RENEW THE REQUEST EVERY YEAR OR GIVE THEM A FAKE PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR PROFILE.

It's Walgreens. I placed a contact lens order with Walgreens last month -now I keep getting automated calls from them to reorder. I will NEVER order from them again.
