This is the second time I have received a call from this number. It appears on the missed caller list of my cell phone.
This wouldn't annoy them at all. These are call center pogues who would rather not have to deal with anyone on the phone, but are figuratively chained to their desks for 8-10 hours per day. They love it when a call comes up and there's no one there. It's just a nice break for them.
Same thing. Call, no message left. I called the number back and got a recording simply explaining that they are a marketing research organization that had called for a product survey.
i just recieved a call from this number @7:53pm ofcourse no message was left as far as it being cigna and for insurance i have not called them to request insurance i have no health insurance and any i have with my kids is with bluecross/blueshield then i seen in another comment they were citi financial again i have nothing affliated with them either wonder who they will bw next kinda makes you wonder, i do know i have a blocking device on my cell phone which is through at&t and i plan to block it, ofcourse i am also listed on the do not call list, so much for the request!!!!!
I will try answering them next time before they fig an answering machine is call taking, and give them such a F***img bunch of S**t words they never heard since 7th grade, they will NEVER F***ing call me again ;o)
The do not call list actually SELLS you number to "Paying Companies" I had to report the "support your Police" windshield sticker people 6 dozen times before they stopped calling me three times a day. IF you have ever done business with a company, THEY have the RIGHT to call you unabated. TEN times a day
