I called the number back and they are called Convergce Marking Research. The conduct market research for busniess across the world. You're right they should not be calling my cell phone !!!

why do we sign up for the Do Not Call List? I still get all kinds of calls. It makes me very angry.
they make phone switching equipment-some spammers likely bought some equipment and did not set it up all the way (hence the default of the convergys name...) and then they hook it into the pstn/phone networks and spam people with it...
Received two calls. Last on Sat Nov 29, 2009. Hung-up when answered. Call back. Some suspicious group marketing group.
I too just received a call from this number on Sunday evening around 7pm. I don't know who it is but after reading all of these posts I am just going to block the number on my phone. Hopefully problem will be solved.
