I got one of these calls, too. I didn't answer it. But, just so everyone knows, Convergys is a HUGE company, and they're legitimate. I'm a former employee. I answered inbound calls for a satellite tv provider. We didn't do any outbound calls at our location.I'm sure they have call centers where they do surveys and collections, too, but you should all be aware that this number could be ANYTHING. It could be a survey, it could be a debt collector, or it could be someone calling on behalf of some activity on your account. Also, remember that there's a good chance that the particular call isn't prohibited by the Do Not Call list...it doesn't cover everything. Good day!
i got a call from this number today. i didn't pick up & no message. anyone know if theres a way to block it?
Fed up with all these calls. called a few times today, I don't pick up when I see there name convergys corporation.
I also have been receiving phone calls from this number, I'm in New Jersey. Same thing here, I don't answer numbers I don't know. They never leave a voice mail. I saw one person posted they had verizon service. I'm wondering if anyone else on here has verizon, is it just a verizon thing? Maybe someone hacked into their system or something and is "stealing" phone numbers...
i got this number on on my phone and they do not leave a message. next time i will answer it and yell at them for calling so late at my house. i have no idea who it is.
I have been getting calls from this number every day about the same time. Never leave a message. I called the number back: The claim they are from a convergys corp, and stated if we would like to have the director call us back to leave your name and number. SO I called them back leaving my name and phone number to never contact me back since I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I am still receiving calls. I will file a compliment with the BBB. This is so frustrating.

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.
